Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Self-Compassion terhadap Prokrastinasi Akademik pada Mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Instrumen pengukur menggunakan Self-Compassion Scale (SCS) dan Tuckman Procrastination Scale (TPS). Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 277 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai p 0,000 lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikan 0,05 dengan nilai F Hitung 76,848 dan F tabel 3,875. Kemudian, hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Self-Compassion terhadap Prokrastinasi Akademik pada Mahasiswa. Kata Kunci : Prokrastinasi Akademik, Self-Compassion, Mahasiswa ************ This research aims to determine the Influence of Self-Compassion To Academic Procrastination For Undergraduat Students. This research methods use quantitative. Measuring instruments use Self-Compassion Scale (SCS) and Tuckman Procrastination Scale (TPS). The sampling technique in this research use non-probability sampling. The number of samples in this research were 277 respondents. The results showed the p-value of 0.000 was smaller than the significant level of 0.05 and F value was 76,848 whereas the F table score was 3,875. Then, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and can be stated as the Influence of Self-Compassion To Academic Procrastination For Undergraduate Students.
