Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan elektronik dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Shopee pada mahasiswa di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 6 bulan terhitung sejak Januari sampai dengan Juli 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dengan metode purposive sampling serta teknik analisis data adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) kepada 150 responden yaitu Mahasiswa di Jakarta yang menjadi pelanggan Shopee. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, analisis data sesuai dengan hipotesis yang dilakukan. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of electronic service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty Shopee in students in Jakarta. This research was conducted for 6 months from January to July 2020. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaires and the purposive sampling method and data analysis technique was path analysis to 150 respondents, namely students in Jakarta who became Shopee customers. Based on the results of the study, data analysis is in accordance with the hypothesis conducted.
