Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menjawab permasalahan penelitian mengenai evaluasi pelaksanaan praktik komprehensif klinik mahasiswa program studi fisioterapi Diploma IV Universitas Binawan melalui empat komponen yaitu konteks, masukan, proses dan hasil atau yang dikenal dengan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu penyelenggara program, instruktur klinik dan peserta mahasiswa menggunakan purposive sampling dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Uji keabsahan data dengan triangulasi metode dan sumber data, analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan evaluasi praktek komprehensif klinik mahasiswa fisioterapi diploma IV Universitas Binawan 1) Aspek konteks yaitu latar belakang program didasari dari beberapa landasan hukum yang sesuai dengan tcapaian pembelajaran dan tertulis dalam rencana pembelajaran semester yang kemudian sudah disesuaikan dengan analisis lahan praktek. 2) Aspek input yaitu cukupnya kejelasan informasi dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan program. Walaupun instansi penyelenggara belum pernah mengadakan pelatihan untuk CI namun instruktur klinik yang bertugas memiliki kompetensi yang baik dan perilaku professional. Tersedianya pedoman praktek komprehensif klinik fisioterapi namun secara administrative tidak diberikan pada peserta mahasiswa. 3) Aspek proses yaitu kurangnya pengawasan sehingga ada beberapa lahan praktek yang tidak sesuai dalam penerapan program praktek komprehensif klinik sehingga perlu perbaikan untuk sistem pengawasannya. Tersedianya sistem penilaian yang mengarah pada kompetensi praktis secara kelompok bukan individu mahasiswa. 4) Aspek Produk yaitu dampak yang ditimbulkan dari program adalah adanya peningkatan kemampuan dan kepercayaan diri peserta mahasiswa namun tidak diketahui apakah ada peningkatan kinerja praktik mandiri secara individu. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Praktek Klinik, Fisioterapi This study aims to answer research problems regarding the evaluation of the implementation of comprehensive clinical practice of students of the Binawan University Diploma IV physiotherapy study program through four components, namely context, input, process and results or what is known as the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). This research is an evaluative research with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were program administrators, clinical instructors and student participants using purposive sampling with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and document study. Test the validity of the data by triangulating methods and data sources, analyzing data using data condensation, presenting data, drawing conclusions. The results showed a comprehensive clinical practice evaluation of diploma IV physiotherapy students at Binawan University. 1) Context aspect, namely the program background is based on several legal foundations that are in accordance with learning achievement and written in the semester learning plan which is then adjusted to the practical field analysis. 2) Input aspect, namely sufficient clarity of information in program planning and management. Although the organizing agency has never conducted training for CI, the clinical instructors in charge have good competence and professional behavior. The availability of comprehensive clinical practice guidelines for physiotherapy, but administratively not given to student participants. 3) The aspect of the process, namely the lack of supervision so that there are several practice areas that are not suitable in the implementation of a comprehensive clinical practice program so that the supervision system needs to be improved. The availability of an assessment system that leads to practical competence as a group, not for individual students. 4) Product Aspects, namely the impact of the program is an increase in the ability and confidence of student participants, but it is not known whether there is an increase in the performance of independent practice individually.
