Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel eksogen yaitu motivasi), disiplin, ketahanmalangan, integritas terhadap Uji Kompetensi Guru (UKG) guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (penjasorkes) Kota Banjarmasin dan Kota Banjarbaru. Jenis/model penelitian adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan metode survey. Untuk analisis data guna mengetahui pengaruh variabel eksogen dengan variabel endogen serta antar variabel menggunakan Path Analysis dengan perhitungan statistik menggunakan Lisrel 8.80. dan SPSS versi 22.0 Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner atau angket dari empat variabel eksogen yang ada, yaitu motivasi, disiplin, ketahanmalangan, integritas dan analisis dokumenter untuk variabel endogen yaitu hasil Uji Kompetensi Guru (UKG) guru penjasorkes. Hasil penelitian yaitu menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi, disiplin, ketahanmalangan dan integritas berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap UKG guru Pejasorkes Kota Banjarmasin dan Kota Banjarbaru. Variabel disiplin dan integritas berpengaruh terhadap UKG tapi nilai koefisien jalur relatif kecil, maka dianggap bahwa pengaruhnya dinilai lemah. Kata kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin, Ketahanmalangan, Integritas dan UKG guru pejasorkes ************* Abstrak The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exogenous variables, namely motivation, discipline, adversity quotient, integrity on the Teacher Competency Test (UKG) of Sport and Health Physical Education (penjasorkes) in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru city. The research type/model is quantitatif associative with the survey method. For data analysis to determine the effect of exogenous variables with endogenous variables and between variables using Path Analysis with statistical calculation using Lisrel 8.80 and SPSS version 20.0. Research data were collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire from four exiting exogenous variables namely motivation, discipline, adversity quotient, integrity and documentary analysis for endogenous variables, namely the results of the Teacher Competency Test (UKG) of Sport and Health Physical Education Teachers). The results showwed that the variables of motivation, discipline, adversity quotient and integrity had a positive direct effect on the UKG teachers of penjasorkes in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru city. Discipline and integrity variables have an effect on UKG but the path coefficient is relatively small, so it is considered that the effect is weak.
