Abstract

Penyelesaian studi mahasiswa pada Rumpun Matematika FMIPA UNJ melalui jalur skripsi untuk jenjang sarjana dan tesis untuk jenjang magister. Proses penyusunan tugas akhir dibimbing oleh 2 (dua) orang dosen yang ditentukan oleh Koordinator Program Studi. Kriteria penentuan dosen pembimbing adalah (1) kesesuaian bidang keahlian, (2) payung penelitian dosen, dan (3) beban bimbingan tugas akhir dosen. Ketiga kriteria tersebut haruslah menjadi acuan Koordinator Program Studi saat menentukan sebaran dosen pembimbing. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk membangun suatu sistem informasi sebaran dosen pembimbing berbasis website yang dapat membantu Koordinator Program Studi menentukan sebaran dosen pembimbing ketika mencocokkan judul tugas akhir mahasiswa dengan kriteria penentuan dosen pembimbing. Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak SDLC dengan Model Waterfall, framework Laravel 6 untuk back-end dan framework Bootstrap untuk front-end. Pada akhir pengembangan dilakukan pengujian menggunakan UAT (User Acceptance Test) baik secara fungsional maupun kebergunaannya, dapat dikatakan bahwa Perancangan Sistem Informasi Sebaran Dosen Pembimbing Skripsi dan Tesis telah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai yang diharapkan dengan tingkat kebergunaan sebesar 85,4% pada keseluruhan sistem. Completion of student studies at Mathematics FMIPA UNJ through thesis path for bachelor degree and dissertation for magister degree. The process of preparing the final project is guided by 2 (two) lecturers who are determined by the Study Program Coordinator. The criteria for determining the supervisor are (1) suitability of the field of expertise, (2) the research of the lecturer, and (3) the burden of guidance for the final assignment of the lecturer. These three criteria must be the reference for the Study Program Coordinator when determining the distribution of supervisors. This thesis aims to design of website-based information system for the distribution of thesis and dissertation supervisor lecturer that can help the Study Program Coordinator determine the distribution of supervisors when matching the title of the student's final project with the criteria for determining the supervisor. This information system was developed using the SDLC Waterfall Model, Laravel 6 framework for back-end and Bootstrap framework for front-end. At the end of the development a test using UAT (User Acceptance Test), based on both functional and usability testing, can be said that distribution of Information Systems Design for Thesis and Thesis Advisors has been going well and as expected with a percentage of usability in the amount of 85,4% for the entire system.
