Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini berdampak pada tumbuhnya pembukaan Program Studi Informatika yang berarti banyaknya varisasi kurikulum sehingga membuat gap kompetensi yang dibutuhkan pengguna lulusan semakin tinggi karena kompetensi lulusan kurang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri. Saat ini fasilitas dan sumber daya dalam mengelola pembelajaran open content, khususnya berupa pengakuan keahlian dalam kompetensi pengetahuan industri masih terbatas. Sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan Sistem Bantuan Uji Kecakapan Kompetensi bidang Informatika Berbasis Ubiquitous Learning sebagai salah satu alternatif solusi pembelajaran saat ini selain itu juga dapat mendukung pelaksanaan program “Kampus Mandiri Belajar Mandiri” Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sebuah Pengembangan sistem Pendampingan Uji Profisiensi Bidang Informatika berbasis Ubiquitous Learning juga mengembangkan sebuah inovasi pembelajaran terbuka (Open Educational) berbasis Ubiquitous Learning. Sistem ini berfungsi sebagai aggregator atau sebagai wadah untuk menjembatani dan memfasilitasi antara penyelenggara pendidikan dengan bidang industri yang diwakili oleh asosiasi profesi untuk menyediakan konten terbuka, open courseware dan membuka layanan pendidikan untuk institusi dalam dan luar negeri, termasuk mahasiswa internal dan eksternal serta masyarakat Indonesia. komunitas pada umumnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Researh and Development (R&D) yang menghasilkan model konseptual, model prosedural dan model fisik. Salah satu produk yang dihasilkan adalah sebuah sistem pendampingan belajar yang diberi nama UProf atau Produk Uji Profisiensi dapat diakses dialamat www.uprof.id yang bersifat terbuka dan dapat digunakan kapan saja, dimana saja oleh siapa saja dan terkoneksi dengan asosiasi profesi untuk penyedia konten pembelajaran. Bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran dan meningkatkan indiktor pembelajaran. Keefektifitasan hasil produk ini menjadi salah satu rekomendasi bagi pengambil kebijakan ditingkat nasional terutama di Direkorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi Indonesia dan juga kepada pimpinan Program Perguruan Tinggi untuk bisa bersinergi dan berkolaborasi dengan bidang asosiasi profesi selaku bidang industri, serta menjadi salah satu alternatif pembelajaran terbuka dalam menyikapi implementasi “Kampus Merdeka Merdeka Belajar” di Indonesia. ************* Current technological developments have an impact on the growth in the opening of informatics study programs means many variations of the curricula which make the competency gap needed by graduate users higher because graduate competencies are less relevant to industry needs. Currently, the facilities and resources in managing open content learning, especially in the form of recognition of expertise in the competence of industrial knowledge, are still limited. So, it can be utilized the competency proficiency test assistance system in the field of informatics-based on Ubiquitous Learning as an alternative learning solution at this time besides that it can support the implementation of the "Independent Learning Independent Campus" program of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to develop a Ubiquitous Learning-based Information Technology Proficiency Test Assistance system development as well as develop an open learning innovation (Open Educational) based on Ubiquitous Learning.This system functions as an aggregator or a place to bridge and facilitate between education providers and industrial fields represented by professional associations to provide open content, open courseware and open educational services to domestic and foreign institutions, including internal and external students as well as the Indonesian community at large. This research is Research and Development (R&D) which produces conceptual models, procedural models and physical models. One of the products produced is a learning assistance system called UProf or Proficiency Test Product which can be accessed at www.uprof.id which is open and can be used anytime, anywhere by anyone that integrated with professional associations. Aims to facilitate learning and improve learning indicators. The effectiveness of this product is one of the recommendations for policymakers at the national level, especially in the Directorate General of Higher Education in Indonesia and also for higher education leaders to be able to synergize and collaborate with professional associations as an industrial sector, as well as an alternative to open learning in addressing implementation the "Independent Learning Independent Campus" in Indonesia.
