Abstract

Skripsi ini membahas tentang cadangan premi pada asuransi kesehatan berjangka perawatan rumah sakit dengan metode Fackler. Rumus umum metode Fackler merupakan turunan dari rumus umum cadangan retrosepektif. Terdapat dua rumus untuk menghitung cadangan premi pada asuransi kesehatan berjangka perawatan rumah sakit menggunakan metode Fackler, yaitu rumus umum metode Fackler untuk asuransi kesehatan berjangka perawatan rumah sakit dan rumus perhitungan cadangan premi untuk asuransi kesehatan berjangka perawatan rumah sakit menggunakan metode Fackler dengan mensubstitusikan rumus umum cadangan retrospektif ke rumus umum metode Fackler. Dengan menggunakan kedua rumus tersebut, nilai cadangan premi menggunakan metode Fackler dari asuransi kesehatan berjangka perawatan rumah sakit meningkat setiap tahunnya. Oleh karena itu, semakin tua usia seseorang dan semakin lama jangka waktu pertanggungannya maka semakin besar cadangan premi yang diperoleh perusahaan asuransi. This thesis discusses about premium reserves on hospital care term health insurance with the Fackler method. The general formula the Fackler method is a derivative of the general formula retrospective reserves. There are two formulas for calculating premium reserves on hospital care term health insurance using the Fackler method, namely the general formula the Fackler method for hospital care term health insurance and formula calculation of premium reserves for hospital care term health insurance using the Fackler method by substituting the general formula retrospective reserves to the general formula the Fackler method. By using both formulas, the value of premium reserves on hospital care term health insurance using the Fackler method increases every year. Therefore, the older age a person is and the longer the coverage period then the greater the premium reserves obtained by the insurance company
