TASYA NURFITRIA. Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Sertifikasi Pustakawan Berbasis Website Pada Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia dengan Framework Laravel. Skripsi. Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2020. Di bawah bimbingan Med Irzal, M.Kom. dan Drs. Mulyono, M.Kom. Sertifikasi kompetensi pustakawan menjadi salah satu cara untuk memberi lisensi atau pengakuan dan jaminan mutu terhadap kompetensi dan profesionalisme pustakawan terhadap masyarakat modern dan global. Ujian sertifikasi pustakawan terdiri dari dua tahapan, asesmen mandiri dan asesmen sertifikasi. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk membangun suatu sistem informasi sertifikasi pustakawan berbasis website yang dapat membantu Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia melaksanakan tahapan sertifikasi secara online. Sistem Informasi ini dikembangankan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak SDLC dengan Model Spiral, framework Laravel 6 untuk back-end dan framework Bootstrap untuk front-end. Pada akhir pengembangan dilakukan pengujian sistem menggunakan Black Box secara fungsional dan skala likert untuk menguji tingkat kelayakan sistem, dapat dikatakan bahwa Rancangan Sistem Informasi Sertifikasi Pustakawan Perpustakaan Nasional RI telah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai yang diharapkan dengan tingkat kelayakan sebesar 88,2% pada keseluruhan sistem. Librarian competency certification is the way of obtaining a license or recognition and ensuring the quality of competence and professionalism of librarians in modern and global societies. The librarian certification exam consists of two stages, an independent assessment, and a certification assessment. This thesis aims to build a website-based librarian certification information system that can help the National Library of Indonesia carry out the certification stages online. This information system was developed using the SDLC Spiral Model, Laravel 6 framework for back-end, and Bootstrap framework for front-end. At the end of the development, testing was carried out using the Black Box method functionally and Likert Scale method for usefulness of the system, it can be said that the Design of the Information System for the Certification of National Library of Indonesia Librarian Certification has been running well and as expected with a usability rate of 88,2% in the whole system.
