Abstract

Survei Motivasi Siswa Dalam Mengikuti Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Futsal Di MTsN 38 Jakarta Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal di MTsN 38 JAKARTA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa MTsN 38 JAKARTA. Teknik Sampel penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling pada siswa yang aktif mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal berjumlah 30 siswa. Aspek motivasi dalam angket terbagi menjadi 2 aspek yaitu : 1) Aspek Intrinsik, 2) Aspek Ekstrinsik. Jumlah pernyataan awal dirancang 30 butir pertanyaan dan menjadi 28 butir pernyataan setelah di ujicobakan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Futsal di MTsN 38 JAKARTA dengan skor di kelas interval 81-97 menjadi frekuensi terbanyak dengan jumlah 18 siswa (60,00%). Dapat disimpulkan skor total motivasi dari tiap individu relatif tinggi. Survey of Student Motivation in Participating in Futsal Extracurricular Activities at MTsN 38 Jakarta The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of students in participating in futsal extracurricular activities at MTsN 38 JAKARTA. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were students of MTsN 38 JAKARTA. The sample technique of this research is purposive sampling on students who actively participate in futsal extracurricular activities totaling 30 students. The motivation aspect in the questionnaire is divided into 2 aspects, namely: 1) Intrinsic Aspects, 2) Extrinsic Aspects. The number of initial statements was designed to be 30 questions and become 28 statements after being tested. The results of this study were the students' motivation in participating in the Futsal Extracurricular activities at MTsN 38 JAKARTA with scores in the class interval 81-97 being the highest frequency with 18 students (60.00%). It can be concluded that the total motivation score of each individual is relatively high.
