Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di Sekolah Binaan 1 Kecamatan Jatinegara Jakarta Timur. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan Path Analysis yang dilakukan pada masa pandemi Covid 19 (Oktober 2020 sampai Januari 2021). Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru di Sekolah Binaan 1 berjumlah 150 orang dengan sampel 60 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes kompetensi pedagogik, kuesioner motivasi berprestasi dan lembar pengamatan kinerja guru. Data yang diperoleh, kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS Serie 25. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah sebagian guru masih kurang dalam penguasaan media TIK, dimana pada masa pandemi ini guru dituntut melaksanakan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Hasil penelitian diperoleh Pertama, kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja mengajar guru; Kedua, motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh langung positif terhadap kinerja mengajar guru; Ketiga, kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja mengajar guru. Disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh langsung positif kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja mengajar guru Sekolah Binaan 1 Kecamatan Jatinegara Jakarta Timur. Kontribusi hasil penelitian ini 1) digunakan untuk memotivasi guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik, motivasi berprestasi dan kinerja mengajar, 2) diharapkan mampu memberikan solusi terprogram dalam pemecahan masalah dunia pendidikan Kata kunci: Kinerja Mengajar, Motivasi Berprestasi, Kompetensi Pedagogik ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the effect of pedagogic competence and achievement motivation on teaching performance of the teachers in the First Guidence School, Jatinegara Sub-district, East Jakarta. The research methodology that used by the researcher was quantitative research with Path Analysis which was carried out during the Covid 19 pandemic (October 2020 to January 2021). The population of this study were 150 teachers at the First Guidence School, the researcher have taken 60 peoples as a sample. The instruments that used by the researcher, they were pedagogical competency tests, achievement motivation questionnaires and teacher performance observation sheets. The data that have obtained, then processed and analyzed using SPSS Series 25. The shortage of this study is that some teachers were still less mastered in ICT media, while during this pandemic the teacher was required to implement Long Distance Learning. The results obtained they were First, pedagogical competence has a positive direct effect on teaching performance by the teacher; Second, achievement motivation has a positive direct effect on teaching performance by the teacher; Third, pedagogic competence and achievement motivation equally have a positive direct effect on teaching performance by the teacher. It is concluded that there was a positive direct effect of pedagogic competence and achievement motivation on the teaching performance of the First Guidance School in Jatinegara Sub-district, East Jakarta. The results contribution of this study 1) used to motivate the teachers to improve pedagogical competence, achievement motivation and teaching performance, 2) it is expected to be able to provide programmed solutions in solving problems in the education.
