Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk Proses Kegiatan Menjurnal Meningkatkan Kepercayaan diri anak dan hasil dari Kepercayaan diri anak di dalam kegiatan menjurnal Kelompok B PAUD AL ISTIQLALIYYAH Kecamatan Benda Kota Tangerang. Peneliti tindakan mode Kemmis & Mc.Taggert merupakan peneliti yang bertujuan pemecahan permasalahan kritis, model ini atas empat komponen,yaitu:Perencanaan, TIndakan, Observasi, serta refleksi. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis 75 % maka hipotesis diterima dan berkontribusi cukup dalam kegiatan menjurnal untuk Meningkatkan Kepercayaan diri anak dalam kegiatan menjurnal Kelompok B PAUD Al ISTIQLALIYYAH Kota Tangerang. Siklus pertama sejumlah delapan kali pertemuan dan siklus yang kedua sebanyak empat kali pertemuan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk membandingkan hasil pada siklus pertama dan siklus kedua. Analisis data kualitatif dengan cara menganalisis data dari hasil catatan lapangan dan wawancara selama penelitian dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa percaya diri melalaui kegiatan menjurnal meningkat dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari keberhasilan setiap siklus penelitian, yang mana hasil perolehan pada pra siklus sebesar 46.30%, siklus I sebesar 62.85% dan Pada siklus II percaya diri mencapai 82.52%. Dari hasil yang ditemukan implikasi penelitian ini adalah Kegiatan Menjurnal dapat dijadikan salah satu alternatif pendekatan untuk meningkatkan kepercaya diri anak.********** This research was conducted to aim at the process of journalizing activities to increase children's self-confidence and the results of children's self-confidence in journalizing activities in Group B AL ISTIQLALIYYAH EARLY CHILDREN EDUCATION, Benda District, Tangerang City. The Kemmis & Mc.Taggert mode action researcher is a researcher who aims at solving critical problems, this model consists of four components, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Based on the results of the 75% analysis, the hypothesis is accepted and contributes sufficiently in journalizing activities to increase children's selfconfidence in journalizing activities in Group B, AL ISTIQLALIYYAH EARLY CHILDREN EDUCATION, Tangerang City.The first cycle consists of eight meetings and the second cycle is four meetings. Data analysis in this study used qualitative and quantitative. Quantitative analysis uses descriptive statistics to compare the results in the first cycle and the second cycle. Qualitative data analysis by analyzing data from the results of field notes and interviews during the study using data reduction steps, data display and data verification. The results of this study indicate that self-confidence through journalizing increases well. This can be seen from the success of each research cycle, in which the precycle results were 46.30%, the first cycle was 62.85% and in the second cycle the confidence reached 82.52%. From the results found, the implication of this research is that journalizing can be an alternative approach to increase children's self-confidence.
