Abstract
The objective of this research to find out the influences of Job design and quality of work life on teacher’s job satisfaction in state elementary school at subdistrict Tamansari, West Jakarta. The research was conducted by using a survey method with path anlysis in testing hypotesis. In this research, 94 of teachers were selected by random sampling technique, the research was focused of three aspect: job design, quality of work life and job satisfaction. The result of the research as follow: (1) There is a direct positive inluence of job design on teacher job satisfaction (2) There is a direct positive inluence of quality of work life on teacher job satisfaction (3) There is a direct positive inluence of job design on quality of work life.
