Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar lompat menggunakan alat bantu matrass puzzle dan limas karton pada siswa kelas I SLB Bagian – C Kembar Karya Pembangunan yang terdiri dari 15 siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode action research, yaitu dengan memberikan tindakan khusus kepada subjek untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar lompat menggunakan alat bantu, adapun tahap lompat horizontal ini yaitu lutut ditekuk, lengan diayunkan ke belakang dan ke depan, tubuh dicondongkan ke depan dan tangan diregangkan, lepas landas dengan kedua kaki, mendorong tubuh dengan bola kaki, dan lutut ditekuk saat mendarat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu melalui metode penelitian action research dengan menggunakan alat bantu matrass puzzle dan limas karton dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar gerak dasar lompat pada siswa kelas I SLB Bagian – C Kembar Karya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan satu siklus dua kali pertemuan tindakan penelitian. Hal ini terlihat, dari tingkat kelulusan subjek pada tes awal berjumlah 6 siswa atau 40%. Kemudian setelah diberikan tindakan siklus I pertemuan 1 dan pertemuan 2 kemudian diadakan tes akhir semua siswa sudah mampu melakukan tahapan gerak dasar lompat sehingga seluruh siswa memperoleh hasil yang signifikan dengan memperoleh tingkat kelulusan berjumlah 15 siswa atau 100%. *********** This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of the basic motion of jumping using the tool matrass puzzle and cardboard pyramid in grade I SLB part – C Kembar Karya Pembangunan. The subject of this research is the students of grade I SLB part – C Kembar Karya Pembangunan consisting of 15 students The method used in this research is the action research method, namely by providing specific action to the subject to improve learning outcomes of basic motion jumping using aids, while the horizontal jump stage is knee bent, arms swung back and forward, body learning forward and arm stretched, taking off with both feet, pushing the body with the ball of the foot, and knees bent when landing. Best on the results of this research, it can be concluded that through the action research using the tool of matrass puzzle and cardboard pyramid can improve learning outcomes of the basic motion of horizontal jump in grade I students of SLB part – C Kembar Karya Pembangunan. This research was conducted with one cycle of two research action meetings. This can be seen, from the passing level of subjects on the initial test amounted to 6 students or 40%. Then after being given first cycle of meeting 1 and meeting 2 then a final test was held all students were able to perform the basic jumping stages so that all students gained significant results by obtaining a graduation rate of 15 students or 100%.
