Abstract

ABSTRAK Metakognitif merupakan kemampuan seseorang untuk mengevaluasi dan mengatur pemikirannya sendiri. Berpikir kritis adalah kemampuan untuk menerapkan pengetahuan yang dimiliki untuk menyelesaikan masalah, melakukan evaluasi informasi, dan membuat solusinya. Pemahaman konsep mengacu pada pemahaman pengetahuan ilmiah yang terintegrasi dan fungsional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan keterampilan metakognitif dan pemahaman konsep sistem gerak, hubungan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan pemahaman konsep sistem gerak, dan hubungan keterampilan metakognitif dan berpikir kritis dengan pemahaman konsep sistem gerak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Bekasi pada bulan Februari – Maret tahun ajaran 2020/2021 dengan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 110 peserta didik kelas XI MIPA yang terpilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa soal tes essay dan soal tes pilihan ganda yang dikumpulkan secara daring. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan studi korelasional. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif keterampilan metakognitif dan pemahaman konsep sistem gerak, terdapat hubungan positif keterampilan berpikir kritis dan pemahaman konsep sistem gerak, dan terdapat hubungan positif secara bersama antara keterampilan metakognitif dan berpikir kritis dengan pemahaman konsep sistem gerak. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Abad 21, Konsep Biologi, Keterampilan Berpikir, Sistem Tubuh Manusia, Pemahaman Kognitif, Metakognisi. *********** ABSTRACT Metacognition is a person's ability to evaluate and regulate his own thinking. Critical thinking is the ability to apply the knowledge possessed to solve problems, evaluate information, and make solutions. Conceptual understanding refers to an integrated and functional understanding of scientific knowledge. This study aims to analyze the correlation between metacognitive skills and concept understanding of motion systems, the correlation between critical thinking skills and concept understanding of motion systems, and correlation between metacognitive skills and critical thinking with concept understanding of motion systems. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Bekasi in February – March of the 2020/2021 academic year by involving a sample of 110 students of XI MIPA who were selected through simple random sampling technique. The instrument is used in the form of essay tests and multiple choice tests collected online. The method used is a descriptive method with correlational studies. The results of the research analysis show that there is a positive correlation between metacognitive skills and concept understanding of motion systems, there is a positive correlation between critical thinking skills and concept understanding of motion systems, and there is a positive correlation between metacognitive skills and critical thinking with understanding the concept of the motion systems.
