Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh efikasi diri kewirausahaan dan ekspektasi hasil kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Negeri Jakarta selama enam bulan terhitung dari bulan Januari hingga Juni 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kausal. Populasi yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa/i tingkat S1 pada Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan SPSS versi 24 dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software AMOS versi 22. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, efikasi diri kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap ekspektasi hasil kewirausahaan, ekspektasi hasil kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Nilai fit model dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,183, nilai CMIN/DF sebesar 1,122, nilai TLI sebesar 0,989, nilai CFI sebesar 0,992, nilai RMSEA sebesar 0,025. Kata kunci: efikasi diri, ekspektasi hasil kewirausahaan, intensi berwirausaha The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial outcomes expectations on entrepreneurial intentions in Jakarta State University students. This research was conducted at the State University of Jakarta for six months starting from January to June 2021. The research method used was quantitative research methods with descriptive and causal approaches. The population used is undergraduate students at the State University of Jakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling of 200 respondents. The data analysis technique used is using SPSS version 24 and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS software version 22. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial outcomes expectations, entrepreneurial outcomes expectations have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. The fit value of the model with probability value is 0.183, CMIN/DF value is 1.122, TLI value is 0.989, CFI value is 0.992, RMSEA value is 0.025.Keywords: self-efficacy, entrepreneurial outcomes expectations, entrepreneurial intention
