Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil kondisi fisik wasit sepakbola C-3 di Asosiasi PSSI Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei hingga bulan Juli, bertempat di Stadion Patriot Candrabhaga, Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan dirancang dengan desain observasional. Subjek penelitian adalah wasit sepakbola C-3 Asosiasi PSSI Kota Bekasi dengan rentang usia 18-40 tahun sebanyak 15 orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Tes dan pengukuran yang digunakan adalah tes indeks massa tubuh, stork standing balance test (keseimbangan), CODA test (kelincahan), repeated sprint ability test (kecepatan), interval referee test (daya tahan kardiorespirasi). Teknik analisis data menggunakan angka dan persentase . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa wasit sepakbola C-3 Asosiasi PSSI Kota Bekasi memiliki indeks massa tubuh yang berkategori kategori normal atau ideal sebanyak 7 wasit (46,67%), kategori berat badan berlebih sebanyak 8 wasit (53,33%). Untuk kondisi fisik yang berkategori baik sebanyak 5 wasit (33,33%), kategori sedang sebanyak 6 wasit 1(40,00%), kategori kurang sebanyak 2 wasit (13,33%), kategori kurang sekali sebanyak 2 wasit (13,33%). Kata Kunci : Kondisi Fisik, Wasit Sepakbola This study aims to determine the profile of the physical condition of C-3 football in the PSSI Association of Bekasi City. This research was conducted from May to July, at Patriot Candrabhaga Stadium, Bekasi City. This research is a quantitative descriptive study and was designed with an observational design. The subject of the study was the PSSI association football C-3 Bekasi City with an age range of 18-40 years 15 people. The instrument in this study used a survey method with test and measurement techniques. The tests and measurements used were body mass index test, stork standing balance test (balance), CODA test (agility), sprint ability test (speed), interval referee test (cardiorespiratory endurance). The data analysis technique uses numbers and percentages. The results of this study indicate that the PSSI Association of Bekasi City C-3 soccer has a body mass index in the normal or ideal category as many as 7 referees (46.67%), overweight category as many as 8 referees (53.33%). For the physical condition in the good category as many as 5 referees (33.33%), the moderate category as many as 6 referees 1 (40.00%), the less category as ma ny as 2 referees (13.33%), the less category as many as 2 referees (13, 33%).
