Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui sejauh mana daya dukung prasarana dan sarana yang dimiliki Taman Pemuda Pratama. Lebih tepatnya penelitian ini dilakukan di Jl. Sairin RT.01/011 Kelurahan Tanah Baru Kecamatan Beji, Kota Depok pada bulan Juli 2021. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah sumber daya manusia yang ada di Taman Pemuda Pratama di pengurusan Taman Pemuda Pratama yaitu ketua kordinator pengelola dan pengelola bidang kolam renang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan triangulasi data dengan pedoman wawancara yang telah disetujui dan disusun oleh validator ahli. Analisis dalam penelitian ini dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan pedoman hasil reduksi data, hasil data yang di peroleh melalui wawancara bahwa prasarana dan saran objek wisata Taman Pemuda Pratama memiliki daya dukung dalam perkembangan objek wisata. Dalam pengembangan objek wisata dalam prasarana dan sarana berjalan dengan baik dengan menargetkan dalam sebulannya untuk mendapatkan sarana bermain anak yang layak untuk anak. Baik buruknya perkembangan objek wista Taman Pemuda Pratama dan ide-ide masyarakat dapat di realisasikan kepada pengurus dan pemerintah yang mendukung.This study aims to find out how far the carrying capacity of the infrastructure and facilities owned by Taman Pemuda Pratama. More precisely, this research was conducted on Jl. Sairin RT.01/011 Tanah Baru Village, Beji District, Depok City in July 2021.The method in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The subject of this research is the human resources in Taman Pemuda Pratama in the management of Taman Pemuda Pratama, namely the chairman of the coordinator and manager of the swimming pool field. Data collection techniques used data triangulation with interview guidelines that had been approved and compiled by expert validators. The analysis in this study by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the data reduction guidelines, the results of the data obtained through interviews that the infrastructure and suggestions for Taman Pemuda Pratama tourism objects have a carrying capacity in the development of tourism objects. In the development of tourism objects in infrastructure and facilities, it goes well by targeting in a month to get appropriate children's play facilities for children. The good and bad development of the Taman Pemuda Pratama tourism object and the ideas of the community can be realized to the management and government that supports it.
