Abstract

SURVEY TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGUNJUNG WAHANA REKREASI PEMANDIAN AIR PANAS CIATER SUBANG JAWA BARAT ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat kepuasan pengunjung Wahana Rekreasi Pemandian Air Panas Ciater Subang Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2020. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei teknik angket. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pengunjung pemandian air panas ciater sampel dalam penelitian ini 127 orang. Teknik penyebaran kuisioner 30 pertanyaan tentang kepuasan pengunjung yang akan dijawab oleh responden akan ditampilkan secara offline. Teknik analisis data peneliti yaitu dengan menghitung skor jawaban, menginterpensikan jawaban dari setiap butir pernyataan, dan menginterpensikan jawaban dari setiap dimensi. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti maka didapat hasil penelitian bahwa pengunjung Pemandian Air Panas Ciater yang memiliki tingkat kepuasan dengan dimensi kasat mata 50 orang atau 19,7% dengan kategori tinggi, pengunjung Wahana Rekreasi Pemandian Air Panas Ciater dengan dimensi 188 orang atau 74% dengan kategori tinggi, Pengujung Wahana Rekreasi Pemandian Air Panas Ciater dengan dimensi ketanggapan 144 orang atau 57% dengan kategori tinggi, Pengunjung Rekreasi Wahana Pemandian Air Panas dengan dimensi jaminan 186 orang atau 73% dengan kategori tinggi dan Pengunjung Wahana Rekreasi Pemandian Air Panas Ciater dengan dimensi empati 74 orang atau 29,1% dengan kategori tinggi. Kata Kunci: Tingkat kepuasan, Pengunjung, Wahana Rekreasi ABSTRAK This study aims to make DKI Jakarta Male Cricket players better understand bowling skills so that in the real championship players are even better at bowling techniques in cricket games. This research was conducted in Jakarta. Data retrieval was carried out at NET or the training ground located on campus B of the State University of Jakarta, Jakarta, on 16, 19, 21, and 23 July 2021. This research method is descriptive with analytical techniques. The population in this study are all male cricket players who will compete at the XX 2020 National Sports Week (PON) in Papua. The sample is the DKI Jakarta Men's Cricket Team which will compete at the XX 2020 Sports Week (PON) in Papua. Based on the problems raised and supported by a description of the theory and framework of thinking and then analyzing the data, the results of the study can be concluded that the overall results of bowling skills show 83% success and 17% failure. The results of the SWOT analysis of this study are Strength, namely Bowling skills in the championship can be said to be strong, players understand the types of skills well and believe in themselves and other players. Weakness, namely bowling skill techniques are said to be a little weak for some players and have not been able to master and understand bowling techniques well. Opportunity, namely all throwing techniques in cricket can provide opportunities to limit the score or value obtained by the opposing team, Then it can also speed up the completion of the game if you do it properly and correctly. Threat is on bowling skills which are said to be still weak in bowling during cricket preparation so that later opponents can make it easier to get scores or scores at the time of the championship.
