Abstract

Karya ilmiah ini dibuat sebagai gambaran untuk mengetahui Tata Ruang Kantor pada Biro Kepala Daerah Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang bertujuan memberikan referensi tentang tata ruang kantor. Metode yang digunakan dalam karya ilmiah ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan serta dengan teknik analisis data berupa analisis SWOT. Dari hasil yang didapatkan bahwa tata ruang kantor dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karena kondisi kerja yang kurang nyaman akan membuat penyelesaian pekerjaan menjadi terhambat. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan penataan ulang terhadap tata ruang kantor sehingga produktivas kerja meningkat. Kata kunci: Tata Ruang Kantor, Produktivitas Kerja This scientific paper was created as an illustration to find out the Office Spatial Planning at the Regional Head Bureau of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Secretariat which aims to provide a reference on office layout. The method used in this scientific work is to use descriptive analysis with data collection through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study as well as data analysis techniques in the form of SWOT analysis. From the results obtained that the layout of the office can affect work productivity because of uncomfortable working conditions will make the completion of work to be hampered. Therefore, it is necessary to rearrange the layout of the office so that work productivity increases. Keywords: Office Layout, Work Productivity
