Abstract

HUBUNGAN ANTARA KECEPATAN AWALAN DAN DAYA LEDAK OTOT TUNGKAI DENGAN HASIL LOMPAT TINGGI GAYA FLOP PADA SISWA PROGRAM EKSTRAKULIKULER SMAN 2 PANDEGLANG Abstrak Abstrak. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Hubungan antara kecepatan awalan dengan hasil lompat tinggi gaya flop Hubungan antara daya ledak otot tungkai dengan hasil lompat tinggi gaya flop dan Hubungan antara kecepatan awalan dan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan hasil lompat tinggi gaya flop. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan hari Selasa, 2 maret 2021 - 25 Juli 2021 di sekolah dan lapangan atletik Stadion Atletik Badak Pandeglang. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Sman 2 Pandeglang yang berjumlah 30 orang. penelitian mengambil sampel Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Sman 2 Pandeglang yang diambil dari populasi dengan menggunakan Purposive sampling sebanyak 18 orang. Analisis data penelitian diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : pertama, terdapat hubungan antara Kecepatan Awalan dengan Hasil Lompat Tinggi Gaya Flop, dengan persamaan garis ler Ŷ = 226,750 + -24,977X₁ koefesien korelasi ry₁ = -0,575 Dan koefesien determinasi (ry₁²) = 0,331 variabel Kecepatan Awalan memberikan sumbangan terhadap Hasil Lompat Tinggi Gaya Flop 33,1%. Kedua, terdapat hubungan antara Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai dengan Hasil Lompat Tinggi Gaya Flop, dengan persamaan Ŷ = 97,440 + 6,566X₂, koefesien korelasi ry₂ = 0,286, koefesien determinasi (ry₂²) = 0,286, Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai memberikan sumbangan Hasil Lompat Tinggi Gaya Flop sebesar 28,6% Ketiga, terdapat hubungan antara Kecepatan Awalan dan Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai dengan Hasil Lompat Tinggi Gaya Flop, dengan persamaan garis ler Ŷ = 177,013 + -17,573X₁ + 3,886 X₂, koefesien korelasi ry₁-₂ = 0,634 dan koefesien determinasi (Ry₁.₂)² = 0,402 variabel Kecepatan Awalan dan Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai memberikan sumbangan terhadap Hasil Lompat Tinggi Gaya Flop sebesar 40,2% Kata Kunci: Kecepatan Awalan, Daya Ledak Otot tungkai, Lompat Tinggi Gaya Flop RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INITIAL SPEED AND EXPLOSION POWER OF LIMB MUSCLE WITH HIGH JUMP RESULTS IN EXTRACULICULAR PROGRAM STUDENTS OF SMAN 2 PANDEGLANG Abstract Abstract. This study aims to determine the relationship between the initial speed and the results of the flop style high jump. The relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the results of the flop style high jump and the relationship between the initial speed and the explosive power of the leg muscles and the high jump results of the flop style. Data collection was carried out on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 - July 25, 2021 at schools and athletic fields at the Badak Pandeglang Athletic Stadium. The population in this study was the extracurricular students of Sman 2 Pandeglang, totaling 30 people. The study took samples of extracurricular students of Sman 2 Pandeglang taken from the population using purposive sampling as many as 18 people. Analysis of the research data obtained the following results: first, there is a relationship between the Prefix Velocity and the High Jump Result of the Flop Force, with the line equation ler 2 = 226,750 + - 24.977X₁ correlation coefficient ry₁ = -0.575 and coefficient of determination (ry₁²) = 0.331 Variable Prefix Velocity contributed to the 33.1% Flop Style High Jump Result. Second, there is a relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the result of the high jump of the flop force, with the equation Ŷ = 97.440 + 6.566X₂, the correlation coefficient ry₂ = 0.286, the coefficient of determination (ry₂²) = 0.286, the explosive power of the limbs contributes to the high jump result of the flop force by 28.6% Third, there is a relationship between the Initial Velocity and Explosive Power of the Limb Muscles with the High Jump Result of the Flop Force, with the line equation ler = 177.013 + -17.573X₁ + 3.886 X korelasi, the correlation coefficient ry₂-₂ = 0.634 and the coefficient of determination ( Ry₁.₂)² = 0.402 Variable Initial Speed and Explosive Power ofthe Limb Muscles contributed to the High Jump Result of Flop Force by 40.2% Keywords: Preliminary Speed, Explosive Power of Legs, High Jump Flop
