Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya belajar, karakteristik kepribadian mahasiswa, kesiapan belajar daring terhadap kepuasan belajar. Penelitian dilakukan selama 7 (tujuh) bulan dimulai dari bulan Desember 2020 hingga Juni 2021. Metode penelitian secara kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu eksplanatori. Sampel yang digunakan dalam peneltiian ini berjumlah 198 responden mahasiswa kependidikan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Data pada variabel budaya belajar (X1), karakteristik kepribadian mahasiswa (X2), kesiapan belajar daring (Z) dan kepuasan belajar (Y) merupakan data primer dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik acak proporsional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesiapan belajar daring, karakteristik kepribadian mahasiswa memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesiapan belajar daring, kesiapan belajar daring memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan belajar, budaya belajar tidak memiliki pengaruh terdapat kepuasan belajar, karakteristik kepribadian mahasiswa memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan belajar, budaya belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan belajar melalui kesiapan belajar daring sebagai variabel mediasi. Karakteristik kepribadian mahasiswa memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan belajar melalui kesiapan belajar daring sebagai variabel mediasi. This study aims to determine the effect of learning culture, student personality characteristics, online learning readiness on learning satisfaction. The research was conducted for 7 (seven) months starting from December 2020 to June 2021. The research method was quantitative with the type of research that was explanatory. The sample used in this research amounted to 198 respondents from the students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Data on learning culture variables (X1), student personality characteristics (X2), online learning readiness (Z) and learning satisfaction (Y) are primary data using a Likert scale. The data collection technique used a proportional random technique. The results showed that learning culture had an influence on online learning readiness, student personality characteristics had an influence on online learning readiness, online learning readiness had an influence on learning satisfaction, learning culture had no influence on learning satisfaction, student personality characteristics had an influence on learning satisfaction, learning culture has an influence on learning satisfaction through online learning readiness as a mediating variable. Student personality characteristics have an influence on learning satisfaction through online learning readiness as a mediating variable.
