Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk model latihan keterampilan smash bulu tangkis untuk pemula tingkat SMA yang dapat diterapkan dalam latihan maupun kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bulu tangkis di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas. Model latihan tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu pelatih dan guru pada saat proses latihan, khususnya pada materi smash. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ADDIE. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan produk yang berupa model latihan keterampilan smash bulu tangkis untuk pemula tingkat SMA yang telah divalidasi oleh tiga ahli bulu tangkis sebanyak 14 model, yaitu 5 item model metode shadow, 6 item model metode stroke dan 3 item model metode drill. Data dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitaatif. Hasil penelitian berupa buku model latihan keterampilan smash bulu tangkis untuk pemula tingkat SMA. Model latihan keterampilan smash bulu tangkis untuk pemula tingkat SMA efektif dapat meningkatkan keterampilan smash bagi atlet pemula tingkat SMA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa model latihan keterampilan smash bulu tangkis untuk pemula tingkat SMA telah dinyatakan valid dan efektif serta dapat diterapkan untuk atlet pemula tingkat SMA. The purpose of this study was to produce smash skill training for high school beginners students that can be applied in the exercise as well as badminton extracurricular at the high school level. This learning model is expected to help trainers and teachers during the training session, especially in smash material. This study uses the ADDIE method. The result of the study resulted in a product in the form of badminton smash skill training model for high school beginners students that was validated by three badminton experts as many as 14 models, namely 5 items of shadow model, 6 items of stroke model and 3 items of drill method. Data were collected through documentation, interviews, and observations. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. The result of the study were in the form of a badminton smash skills training model book for high school beginners students. The smash skill training model can effectively improve the smash skill of the beginners athlete at the high school level. Based on the results of the study, it is proven that the smash skill training model for high school beginners students has been declared valid and effective and can be applied to beginners athlete at the high school level.
