Abstract
MODEL PEMBELAJARAN AKTVITIAS KEBUGARAN JASMANI BERBASIS VIDEO SISWA SMPN 61 JAKARTA ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya kendala pada saat pembelajaran PJOK khususnya pada materi aktivitas kebugaran jasmani dimasa pandemi Covid 19, kendala tersebut diantaranya guru tidak dapat memberikan contoh gerakan secara langsung ketika pembelajaran daring dengan maksimal dan siswa tidak dapat memahami materi yang diberikan guru dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model pembelajaran aktivitas kebugaran jasmani berbasis video siswa SMP kelas VII dan VIII. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode research and development dengan 10 tahapan langkah-langkah R&D. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mencari informasi pada guru PJOK dengan melakukan wawancara dan melakukan pembuatan desain model pembelajaran untuk divalidasi oleh pakar kebugaran jasmani dengan dua dosen ahli dan satu guru PJOK. Setelah dilakukan validasi dengan para pakar dan telah di uji coba pemakaian pada siswa kelas VII dan VIII SMPN 61 Jakarta maka penelitian ini disimpulkan menghasilkan 10 video model pembelajaran aktivitas kebugaran jasmani yang didalamnya terdapat 16 gerakan terkait komponen-komponen aktivitas kebugaran jasmani. model pembelajaran ini telah dinyatakan layak dan dapat di produksi masal. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran, Aktivitas Kebugaran Jasmani, Video VIDEO-BASED PHYSICAL FITNESS ACTIVITIES LEARNING MODEL FOR STUDENTS OF SMPN 61 JAKARTA ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the existence of obstacles during PJOK learning, especially in the material for physical fitness activities during the Covid 19 pandemic, these obstacles included the teacher not being able to provide direct examples of movement when online learning was maximal and students unable to understand the material given by the teacher properly. This study aims to create a video-based physical fitness activity learning model for junior high school students in grades VII and VIII. This research was conducted using research and development methods with 10 stages of R&D. This research was conducted by seeking information on PJOK teachers by conducting interviews and designing learning models to be validated by physical fitness experts with two expert lecturers and one PJOK teacher. After being validated by experts and having been tested for use on class VII and VIII students at SMPN 61 Jakarta, this study concluded that it produced 10 videos of learning models of physical fitness activities in which there were 16 movements related to the components of physical fitness activities. This learning model has been declared feasible and can be mass produced. Keywords : Learning Model, Phisical Fitness Activities, Video
