Abstract

ABSTRAK Aby Hamzah Pratama. Pengembangan Buku Saku Pedoman Kerja Bagi Mekanik di PT. Setiajaya Mobilindo. Skripsi. Jakarta: Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2021. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku saku pedoman kerja mekanik di PT. Setiajaya Mobilindo. Berdasarkan metodenya penelitian ini termasuk dalam metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Prosedur pengembangan dilakukan melalui lima langkah yang ada dalam model pengembangan ADDIE, (1)Analisis, (2)Desain, (3)Pengembangan, (4)Pelaksanaan, (5)Evaluasi. Hasil penelitian berupa produk buku saku pedoman kerja mekanik. Evaluasi pada penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan melalui expert review, one to one dan small group. Hasil dari penelitian rata-rata expert tersebut adalah 3,5 yang masuk dalam kategori sangat baik, sedangkan hasil penilaian rata-rata dari evaluasi pengguna adalah 8 yang mengindikasikan kategori produk baik. Faculty of Education, State University of Jakarta, 2021. This development research aims to develop a mechanical work manual pocket book at PT. Setiajaya Mobilindo. Based on the method, this research is included in the research and development method. This study used the ADDIE development model. This development procedure is carried out through five steps in the ADDIE development model, (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. The results of this development are in the form of a mechanical work manual pocket book product. Evaluation in this development research was conducted through expert review, one to one and small group. The results of the research on the average expert are 3.5 which is in the very good category, while the average rating results from the user evaluation are 8 which indicates the product category is good.
