Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and personality on motivation teacher junior high school sub-district pancoran, south jakarta. This study used a survey method with path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). The process of teacher junior high school sub-district pancoran data collection is done by using the questionnaire as a research instrument in the study of was selected as the unit of analysis with a sample of 101 people is determined by random techniques (simple random sampling). The results show: Firstly, there is the influence of leadership by motivation; Secondly, there is the effect on the motivation of personality.
