Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat atau mendeskripsikan kondisi motivasi dan religiusitas atlet Tapak Suci Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket motivasi dan angket religiusitas. Proses pertama yang dilakukan yaitu dengan mendata atlet Pancak Silat Tapak Suci kemudian mengamati kegiatannya. Hasil yang didapat dari angket motivasi menunjukan bahwa Atlet Pancaksilat Tapak Suci Jakarta. Hasil presentase dari semua responden disimpulkan bahwa proporsi jumlah responden dapat disimpulaknn bahwa proporsi jumlah responden kategori cukup terbanyak berada persentase 76%. dan responden kategori baik dengan 24%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa responden dalam penelitian ini di dominasi kondisi yang Cukup termotivasi. Proporsi jumlah responden kategori Baik terbanyak berada persentase 64%. Dan responden Cukup dengan 36%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa responden dalam penilitian ini di dominasi kondisi yang Baik Religiusitas. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Religiusitas, Kondisi yang Cukup Termotivasi, Kondisi yang Baik Religiusitas. ********** This research is to see or describe the conditions of motivation and religiosity of Jakarta Tapak Suci athletes. This study uses a description method with a research instrument using a questionnaire of motivation and a questionnaire of religiosity. The first process is carried out by recording the Tapak Suci Silat Pancak athlete then observing its activities. The results obtained from the motivation questionnaire showed that the Pancakilat Tapak Suci Jakarta athletes. The results of the percentage of all respondents concluded that the proportion of the number of respondents can be concluded that the proportion of the number of respondents in the category of quite the largest is a percentage of 76%. and respondents in the good category with 24%. This shows that the respondents in this study were dominated by sufficiently motivated conditions. The highest proportion of respondents in the Good category was 64%. And respondents are enough with 36%. This shows that the respondents in this study were dominated by the conditions of Good Religiosity.
