Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and stress on job performance on vocational school teacher city Tangerang. This study used a survey method with path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). The process of teacher on vocational school teacher city tangerang data collection is done by using the questionnaire as a research instrument in the study of was selected as the unit of analysis with a sample of 188 people is determined by random techniques (simple random sampling). The results show: Firstly, there is the influence of self-efficacy by job performance; Secondly, there is the effect on the job performance of stress. Third, There is the influence of self-efficacy on stress.
