Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan terhitung bulan Maret 2017 sampai dengan bulan Mei 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta yang berjumlah 632 siswa. Populasi terjangkaunya adalah seluruh siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 212 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive, sehingga sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden yang diambil berdasarkan siswa-siswi berprestasi yang mendapatkan peringkat 10 besar di kelas. Untuk mendapatkan data hasil belajar (Y), dilakukan dengan cara menghitung rata-rata nilai hasil ulangan harian mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris semester genap. Kemudian data motivasi berprestasi (X1) dan kemandirian belajar (X2) didapatkan dari hasil sebaran kuesioner pada responden. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah persyaratan analisis yang terdiri atas uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji F dan uji T. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang didapatkan diketahui terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara motivasi berprestasi dengan hasil belajar. Dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 2,991> nilai ttabel sebesar 2,002. Kemudian diketahui terdapat pengaruh yang parsial antara kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 4,679 > nilai ttabel 2,002. motivasi berprestasi dan kemandirian belajar secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar, hal ini terlihat dari hasil data yang menunjukan nilai Fhitung sebesar 15,364 > nilai Ftabel 3,16. Persamaan regresi yang didapat adalah Y = 22,308 + 0,268 X1 + 0,429 X2. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,350 yang berarti motivasi berprestasi (X1) dan kemandirian belajar (X2) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar (Y) sebesar 35%. This research was carried out for three months, starting in May 2017 to April 2017. This research used survey method with correlational approach. The population in this study were all students of SMKN 50 Jakarta totaling 632 students. The population of inaccessibility is the class X totaling 212 students. Technique of sampling using purposive technique, so got the number of research sample counted 60 taken on the basis of outstanding students who ranked in the top 10 in the class. Data collection techniques used survey techniques, document recording and questionnaires. To get the learning result data (Y), done by counting the average value of daily test result of English subjects even semester. Then the data of achievement motivation (X1) and independent learning (X2) Obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires on respondents. Data analysis technique performed is analysis requirements test consisting of normality test and linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test consisting of F test and T test. Based on the result of the analysis, it is known that there is a partial influence between the achievement motivation and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the results of data analysis known that the value of t count of 2,991 > value ttabel 2,002. Then there is a partial influence between independent learning and learning outcomes. Can be seen from the data analysis results note that the value of tcount of 4,679 > ttable value 2,002. Achievement motivation and independent learning simultaneously affect the learning outcomes, it is seen from the results of data that shows the value of Fhitung of 15,364 >Ftabel value of 3.16. The regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 22,308 + 0,268 X1 + 0,429 X2. Based on the determination coefficient test obtained value R2 0.350 which means achievement motivation (X1) and independent learning (X2) affect the learning outcomes (Y) of 35%.
