Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui adanya dampak Pandemi COVID – 19 terhadap tingkat pendapatan pengemudi GOJEK roda dua di Kelurahan Pulogebang, Kecamatan Cakung, Kota Jakarta Timur baik sebelum maupun saat Pandemi COVID – 19 yang dilakukan dari bulan juni 2021 – Desember 2021. Metode penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif sederhana persentase dan uji T berpasangan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan, kuesioner, wawancara sederhana, studi pustaka atau studi literature dan dokumentasi dengan jumlah sampel 80 responden. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa (1) tingkat pendapatan pengemudi GOJEK mengalami perubahan jika mengacu pada tingkat pendapatan dari BPS maka tingkat pendapatan pengemudi GOJEK sebelum Pandemi COVID – 19 sebesar 53,75% dominan berada di tingkat tinggi tetapi menjadi 48,75% di tingkat sedang saat Pandemi COVID – 19, hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil uji T berpasangan Sig. (2 tailed) = 0.000 < 0.005. (2) Layanan jasa dengan jumlah tertinggi yaitu layanan jasa Go – Ride hanya berubah jumlah permintaan saja yakni sebelum Pandemi COVID - 19 sebesar 83,75% dan saat PandemI COVID – 19 sebesar 50%, begitupun dengan jenis layanan jasa GOJEK dengan jumlah terendah dilayanan jasa Go – Mall yakni sebelum Pandemi COVID - 19 sebesar 32,5% dan saat PandemI COVID – 19 sebesar 31,25%, dikarenakan masyarakat masih belum terbiasa dengan layanan jasa tersebut. Kata kunci: Pandemi COVID – 19, Tingkat Pendapatan, Pengemudi GOJEK The aim of this research is to determine the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the income level of two-wheeled GOJEK drivers in Pulogebang Village, Cakung District, East Jakarta City both before and during the COVID-19 Pandemic which was carried out from June 2021 - December 2021. This research method namely descriptive method with a simple quantitative approach to percentages and paired T-test. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, simple interviews, literature studies or literature studies and documentation with a sample of 80 respondents. The results obtained are that (1) the income level of GOJEK drivers has changed when referring to the income level from BPS, the income level of GOJEK drivers before the COVID-19 Pandemic was 53.75%, dominant at high level but became 48.75% at medium level when The COVID-19 pandemic, this is reinforced by the results of the Sig paired T test. (2 tailed) = 0.000 < 0.005. (2) The services with the highest number, namely Go-Ride services, only changed the number of requests, namely before the COVID-19 Pandemic by 83.75% and during the COVID-19 Pandemic by 50%, as well as the type of GOJEK services with the lowest number of services. Go-Mall services, namely before the COVID-19 Pandemic by 32.5% and during the COVID-19 PandemI by 31.25%, because people are still not used to these services.
