Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan terhadap wistawan sevillage sebagai sarana olahraga rekreasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik kuesioner. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah wisatawan sevillage di kabupaten Cianjur, Jawa barat sebanyak 54 orang. Teknik penyebaran kuesioner berjumlah 35 pernyataan, terdiri dari 12 pernyataan untuk kesesuaian harapan, 13 pernyataan minat berkunjung kembali, dan 10 pernyataan kesediaan merekomendasikan yang akan dijawab oleh responden secara offline dan online menggunakan google form. Teknik analisis data peneliti yaitu dengan menghitung skor jawaban, menghitung rata-rata jawaban, menginterpretasikan jawaban dari setiap butir pernyataan, dan menginterpretasikan setiap jawaban dari setiap variabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa 9% responden yang masuk ke dalam kategori sangat tinggi, 26% responden memiliki kategori tinggi, 43% responden berkategori cukup, dan 15% memiliki kategori rendah, serta 7% lainnya berkategori sangat rendah pada variabel kepuasan. This study about aims to determine the level of satisfaction of sevillage tourists as a means of recreational sports. This study uses a survey method with a questionnaire technique. The research sample used was village tourists in Cianjur district, West Java as many as 54 people. The technique for distributing questionnaires is 35 statements, consisting of 12 statements for the suitability of expectations, 13 statements of interest in revisiting, and 10 statements of willingness to recommend which will be answered by respondents offline and online using google forms. The researcher's data analysis technique was to calculate the answer score, calculate the average answer, interpret the answers for each statement item, and interpret each answer for each variable. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that 9% of respondents are in the very high category, 26% of the respondents are in the high category, 43% of the respondents are in the moderate category, and 15% are in the low category, and 7% are in the very low category on the satisfaction variable.
