Abstract

ANALISIS INDEKS MASSA TUBUH (IMT) ANGGOTA MAJELIS NUR ARNI SIRAJUDIN WILAYAH PENJARINGAN JAKARTA UTARA ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) anggota Majelis Nur Arni Sirajudin di wilayah Penjaringan Jakarta Utara. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2021 di kawasan Majelis Nur Arni Sirajudin Penjaringan Jakarta Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik survei. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang yang berusia ≥ 20 tahun yang menjadi anggota dari Majelis Nur Arni Sirajudin Penjaringan Jakarta Utara. Pengambilan data didahului dengan pengukuran tinggi badan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengukuran berat badan, dan terakhir penghitungan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT). Teknik pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis statistika korelasi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Pertama, didapatkan data tinggi badan mulai dari 1.58-1.75 (m) dengan rata-rata 1.66 (m), dan hasil testi yang berada pada kelas rata-rata sebanyak 8 testi (40%), sedangkan yang berada di bawah rata-rata sebanyak 7 testi (35%), dan yang berada di atas rata-rata sebanyak 5 testi (25%). Kedua, didapatkan data berat badan mulai dari 46.0-103.2 (kg) dengan rata-rata 67.48 (kg), dan hasil testi yang berada pada kelas rata-rata sebanyak 9 testi (45%), sedangkan yang berada di bawah rata-rata sebanyak 4 testi (20%), dan yang berada di atas rata-rata sebanyak 7 testi (35%). Ketiga, didapatkan data Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) mulai dari 15.77-37.45 dengan rata-rata 14.34, dan hasil testi yang berada pada kelas rata-rata sebanyak 9 testi (45%), sedangkan yang berada di bawah rata-rata sebanyak 3 testi (15%), dan yang berada di atas rata-rata sebanyak 8 testi (40%). Kata Kunci : Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) ANALYSIS OF BODY MASS INDEX (BMI) MEMBERS OF THE ASSEMBLY NUR ARNI SIRAJUDIN NETWORKING REGION OF NORTH JAKARTA ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the value of the Body Mass Index (BMI) members of the Assembly Nur Arni Sirajudin in the Penjaringan area of North Jakarta. Data collection was carried out in July 2021 in the Assembly area of Nur Arni Sirajudin Penjaringan, North Jakarta. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with survey technique. The sample used in this study amounted to 20 people aged 20 years who are members of the Assembly of Nur Arni Sirajudin Penjaringan North Jakarta. Data collection was preceded by measuring height, then followed by measuring weight, and finally calculating Body Mass Index (BMI). The hypothesis testing technique used in this study uses a simple statistical correlation analysis technique. The results showed: First, the data obtained were height ranging from 1.58-1.75 (m) with an average of 1.66 (m), and the results of testi who were in the average class were 8 testi (40%), while those under the average was 7 testes (35%), and those above the average were 5 testi (25%). Second, the data obtained from body weight ranging from 46.0-103.2 (kg) with an average of 67.48 (kg), and the results of the testi who were in the average class were 9 testi (45%), while those who were below the average were 4 testi (20%), and those who were above the average were 7 testi (35%). Third, data obtained from Body Mass Index (BMI) ranging from 15.77-37.45 with an average of 14.34, and the results of the testi who were in the average class were 9 testi (45%), while those who were below the average were 3 testi.
