Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model pembelajaran aktivitas kebugaran jasmani berbasis permainan tradisional bali di Sekolah Menengah pertama di Kabupaten Buleleng. Rancangan penelitian ini peneliti mengacu pada model pengembangan (research and development) Borg and Gall. Sedangkan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre test-post test control group design. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP di Kabupaten Buleleng berjumlah 20 orang pada uji coba kelompok kecil, 50 orang siswa di sekolah menengah pertama di kabupaten buleleng pada uji coba kelompok besar. Pada Uji Efektivitas 50 orang siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 50 orang siswa sebagai kelompok control. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian, yaitu Instrumen baku penilaian kebugaran ACSPFT. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa 1) Model pembelajaran aktivitas kebugaran jasmani berbasis olahraga permainan tradisional bali layak dan dapat diterapkan pada siswa sekolah menengah pertama. 2) Model pembelajaran aktivitas kebugaran jasmani berbasis olahraga permainan tradisional bali untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama, didapatkan bahwa secara keseluruhan produk ini baik dan efektif dilaksanakan oleh guru pendidikan jasmani dalam membelajarkan kebugaran jasmani untuk sekolah menengah pertama. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan yang lebih tinggi pada kelompok eksperimen mean= 364,08 (51%) dari pada kelompok kontrol mean =350 (49%). Kata Kunci : pengembangan, model pembelajaran, aktivitas kebugaran jasmani, permainan tradisional bali. ********** ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to develop a physical fitness learning model activities based on traditional Balinese games in middle school in Buleleng Regency. The research design was based on the research and development model of Borg and Gall. Also, the study design used was a pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects of this study were 20 middle school students in Buleleng district around the small group trial, 50 students in the middle school in Buleleng district in the large group trial. In the Effectiveness Test 50 students as the experimental group and 50 students as the control group. The instrument used in this research is the ACSPFT fitness assessment standard instrument. The results of data analysis suggest that 1) The physical fitness learning model activities based on traditional Balinese games is feasible and can be applied to middle school students. 2) The physical fitness learning model activities based on traditional Balinese sports games for middle school students; it was found that overall this product was good and effective for physical education teachers to teach physical fitness for middle school students. Based on the results of data analysis also showed that there was a higher increase in the experimental group mean = 364.08 (51%) than the control group mean = 350 (49%).
