Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap sarana dan prasarana Hutan Kota Pondok Labu, Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Hutan Kota Pondok Labu, Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan dengan jumlah 102 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan google form. Indikator sarana dan prasarana pariwisata yang digunakan adalah 1) Objek Wisata, 2) Akses, 3) Aktivitas Rekreasi, 4) Transportasi, 5) Fasilitas, 6) Komunikasi, 8) Kebersihan, 9) Sarana Ibadah, dan 10) Sarana Olahraga. Hasil dari peneleitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap sarana dan prasarana di Hutan Kota Pondok Labu berada di range sedang – tinggi, dan Pengembangan sarana dan prasarana pariwisata juga harus tetap ditingkatkan lagi oleh pengelola maupun Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan memperhatikan sarana dan prasarana yang terdapat di lokasi penelitian seperti keberadaan loket dan penjaga loket yang menurut pengunjung diperlukan This study aims to determine the level of visitor satisfaction as Tourist with the facilities and infrastructure of Pondok Labu City Forest, Cilandak, South Jakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a survey approach. The population in this study were 102 visitors to the City Forest of Pondok Labu, Cilandak, South Jakarta. Data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data using questionnaires and google form. Indicators of tourism facilities and infrastructure used are 1) Tourism Objects, 2) Access, 3) Recreational Activities, 4) Transportation, 5) Facilities, 6) Communication, 8) Cleanliness, 9) Worship Facilities, and 10) Sports Facilities. The results of this research indicate that the level of visitor satisfaction with the facilities and infrastructure in Pondok Labu City Forest is in the medium-high range, and the development of tourism facilities and infrastructure must also be improved by the management and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Forestry Service by paying attention to the facilities and infrastructure. there are at the research location such as the presence of counters and counter keepers which according to visitors are needed
