Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapat wisatawan tentang destinasi wisata Purwahamba Indah yang terletak di Desa Purwahamba, Kecamatan Suradadi, Kabupaten Tegal berdasarkan indikator atraksi, aksesibilitas, fasilitas, dan jasa pendukung pariwisata. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Juni 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 123.796 pada tahun 2019. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, sampel yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket tertutup dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel kemudian dideskripsikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa destinasi wisata Purwahamba Indah memiliki atraksi wisata yang beragam serta menarik terutama pada pemandangan Pantai Pur’in yang indah dengan lingkungannya yang terbilang cukup bersih, adanya wahana permainan air waterboom mini yang melengkapi. Aksesibilitas yang tinggi, lokasinya yang strategis tepat berada di jalur pantura dengan kondisi jalan yang baik dan beraspal sehingga dapat dilalui dengan mudah, kemudahan menemukan angkutan umum, ketersediaan lahan parkir yang memadai sehingga wisatawan dapat dengan mudah memarkirkan kendaraannya baik jenis kendaraan motor, mobil, bus pariwisata. Fasilitas yang cukup lengkap, ketersediaan toilet yang memadai sehingga mudah untuk dijangkau, serta ketersediaan air bersih yang memadai, kemudian ketersediaanya tempat ibadah yang baik. Jasa pendukung pariwisata, dalam hal ini petugas tiket yang ramah, serta memberikan arahan kepada wisatawan, dan layanan informasi yang tanggap akan keluhan wisatawan. This research aims to analyze the opinions of tourists about Purwahamba Indah tourist destinations located in Purwahamba Village, Suradadi Subdistrict, Tegal Regency based on indicators of attractions, accessibility, facilities, and tourism support services. The study was conducted from March to June 2021. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a survey approach. The population in this study amounted to 123,796 in 2019. As for the sampling technique in this study using accidental sampling techniques, the sample obtained in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data retrieval technique in this study used a closed questionnaire with a likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis techniques, the data is presented in the form of a table then described. The results of this study show that purwahamba indah tourist destinations have diverse and interesting tourist attractions, especially in the beautiful scenery of Pur'in Beach with a fairly clean environment, there are mini waterboom water game rides that complement. High accessibility, strategic location is right on the pantura line with good road conditions and paved so that it can be traversed easily, ease of finding public transportation, availability of adequate parking space so that tourists can easily park their vehicles both types of motor vehicles, cars, tour buses. Facilities are quite complete, the availability of adequate toilets so that it is easy to reach, as well as the availability of adequate clean water, then the availability of good places of worship. Tourism support services, in this case friendly ticket officers, as well as providing directions to tourists, and information services that respond to tourist complaints.
