Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk pencemaran nama baik atau defamasi dalam video parodi iklan Kopi ABC Susu dengan melakukan kajian analisis linguistik forensik bagian kejahatan berbahasa. Bentuk defamasi yaitu pencemaran nama baik, pelecehan seksual, dan fitnah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini merupakan model analisis interaktif yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini terhadap 8 ujaran, terdapat 4 data yang termasuk kategori pencemaran nama baik, 4 data yang termasuk kategori pelecehan seksual, dan 2 data yang termasuk kategori fitnah. Sedangkan hukum pidana yang berpotensi paling banyak dilanggar ada pada pasal 27 Ayat (1) dan (3) Undang-undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik karena ujaran dalam video parodi iklan Kopi ABC Susu memenuhi unsurnya yaitu penyebaran informasi elektronik, pencemaran nama baik, dan melanggar kesusilaan. Diharapkan ke depannya, ilmu linguistik forensik lebih dikenal secara umum. This research describes about defamation in a parody video of Kopi ABC Susu commercial, with forensic linguistics as the main ground of analysis. There are several forms of hate speech such as sexual harassment, defamation, and slander. Method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with observation as the data collection technique. In this research, data collection technique has an interactive analysis model, which is data collecting, data reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research, there are 8 indicated speech, 4 of them are in the defamation category, another 4 data are in the sexual harassment category, and 2 data are in the slander category. Thus, there are 4 potential law that contains the appropriate elements of the speech. The most potential violated law in this research is article 27 Paragraph (1) and (3) of Law Number 11 Year 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions, because the speech that are used in the parody video of Kopi ABC Susu commercial directly meets the elements, which is dissemination of electronic informations, defamation, and breaking the decency. Expecting that in the future, the science of forensic linguistics will be known widely.
