Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model latihan menyundul (heading) sepakbola pada usia 16 tahun. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development). Prosedur pengembangan melalui enam tahapan yang telah disederhanakan meliputi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, dan ujicoba produk. Penyederhanaan prosedur pengembangan dikarenakan situasi pandemi covid-19. Uji validasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan uji justifikasi ahli. Kriteria ahli memiliki minimal lisensi C, melatih minimal 1 tahun, dan aktif dalam kegiatan kepelatihan. Jenis produk yang dihasilkan meliputi model heading 1 sampai dengan model heading 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model latihan menyundul (heading) sepakbola pada usia 16 tahun telah diuji melalui expert judgement dan menghasil produk model latihan menyundul (heading) sebanyak 20 model latihan yang layak dan dapat digunakan. Kata Kunci: latihan, heading, sepakbola FOOTBALL HEADING MODEL AT THE AGE OF 16 ABSTRACT The study aims to produce a model of football headings at the age of 16. This research was conducted using the R&D (Research and Development) method. Development procedures through six simplified stages include potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, and product trials. Simplification of development procedures due to the situation of the covid-19 pandemic. The validation test used in this study is with an expert justification test. Expert criteria have a minimum C license, train at least 1 year, and are active in coaching activities. The types of products produced include heading models 1 to heading 2 models. The results showed that the football heading model at the age of 16 years has been tested through expert judgement and produces a product model of heading as many as 20 models of exercise that are feasible and usable.
