Abstract
*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perfeksionisme dan manajemen waktu terhadap prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa di masa pandemi Covid-19 Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan memperoleh 382 responden dengan kriteria mahasiswa/i Indonesia dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun yang sedang menjalani perkuliahan daring di masa pandemi Covid-19. Terdapat tiga alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Academic Procrastination Scale (APS) dari McCloskey (2011), Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (FMPS) dari Frost dkk., (1990), dan Time Management Behavior (TMBS) dari Macan dkk., (1990). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai Sig. 0,000, artinya terdapat pengaruh antara perfeksionisme dan manajemen waktu terhadap prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa di masa pandemi Covid-19. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,446, yang artinya perfeksionisme dan manajemen waktu memberikan pengaruh terhadap prokrastinasi akademik sebesar 44,6%. *ABSTRACT* This study aims to determine the effect of perfectionism and time management on academic procrastination in college students during Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is quantitative research with multiple regression analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained 382 respondents with the criteria of college students in Indonesia with an age range of 18-25 years who are undergoing online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. There are three measuring instruments used in this study, that are Academic Procrastination Scale (APS) from McCloskey (2011), Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (FMPS) from Frost et al., (1990), and Time Management Behavior (TMBS) from Macan et al., (1990). The results of this study indicate the value of Sig. 0.000, which means that there is an influence between perfectionism and time management on academic procrastination in college students during the COVID-19 pandemic. The coefficient of determination is 0.446, which means that perfectionism and time management have an influence on academic procrastination by 44.6%.
