Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh latihan jumpshoot dengan konsep BEEF terhadap keterampilan shooting. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah pemain tim bola basket putri Gaya Motor Club (GMC) 16 berlokasi di Jakarta Utara. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di GOR Sekda H. Saefullah, Jakarta Utara. Responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 12 orang Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian “one group pengambilan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Purposive Sampling adalah teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Penelitian menggunakan Independent T-Test dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Hasil analisis Independent T-Test menunjukan signifikansi sebesar 0.000 (p<0.05). Nilai thitung= 6.633. Hasil tersebut menghasilkan ttabel pada derajat kebebasan (dk)= N-1=11 dengan taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh nilai ttabel=1,7959 dengan demikian nilai thitung (6.633) > ttabel (1,7959) maka maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hasil ini menunjukan ada perbedaan efektifitas latihan yang signifikan pada latihan jumbshoot dengan metode BEEF terhadap kemampuan shooting. Setelah tes akhir menunjukan kemampuan jumpshoot lebih tinggi (mean = 14.4167) di bandingkan pada tes awal (mean = 12.4167). Kata Kunci : Bola Basket, BEEF, Shooting, Jump shoot The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an effect of jumpshoot practice with the BEEF concept on shooting skills. The subjects in this study were the players of the GMC 16 ages basketball team located in North Jakarta. The location of this research was carried out in GOR Sekda H. Saefullah, North Jakarta. Respondents in this study were 12 people. The method used in this study was an experimental method with a research design of "one group sampling from this study. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling. Purposive Sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The study used the Independent T-Test using SPSS version 24. The results showed: The results of the Independent T-Test analysis showed a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05). The value of tcount = 6.633. These results produce ttable at degrees of freedom (dk) = N-1 = 11 with a significant level of 5%, the value of ttable = 1.7959 is obtained, thus the value of tcount (6,633) > ttable (1,7959) then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. These results indicate that there is a significant difference in the effectiveness of the exercise in jumbshooting with the BEEF method on shooting ability. After the final test, the jumpshoot ability was higher (mean = 14.4167) compared to the initial test (mean = 12.4167). Keywords : Basketball, Jump shoot, BEEF, Shooting
