Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan reward dengan Prestasi dari atlet karate UNJ .serta untuk mengetahui persepsi atlet terhadap kepemimpinan pelatih dengan Prestasi dari atlet karate UNJ . Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Januari yang bertempat di Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional / kuantitatif asosiatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi sampel adalah 23 atlet karate UNJ. Pengambilan data di dahului dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada atlet karate UNJ . yang berjumlah 23 mahasiswa. Teknik pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis statistika korelasi product moment yang dilanjutkan dengan uji-t pada taraf signifikan α=0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara reward dengan Prestasi pada atlet karate UNJ . yaitu sebesar yaitu sebesar 0,537. Terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat dan positif antara persepsi atlet terhadap kepemimpinan pelatih dengan Prestasi pada atlet karate UNJ . dengan nilai sebesar 0.567. dan terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara reward dan persepsi atlet terhadap kepemimpinan pelatih dengan Prestasi dengan nilai sebesar 0,596. Dan nilai t-hitung dan f-hitung keseluruhan hipotesis melebihi milai t-tabel dan f-tabelMaka dapat disimpulan bahwa semua variabel memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara reward dan persepsi atlet terhadap kepemimpinan pelatih dengan prestasi pada atlet karate UNJ . Kata Kunci : Reward, Persepsi atlet terhadap kepemimpinan pelatih dan Prestasi CORELATION OF REWARD AND PERSEPSI ATHLETES TO THE LEADERSHIP OF THE COACH WITH ACHIEVEMENT KARATE ATHLETES UNJ UNIVERSITAS NEGERI JAKARTA ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the reward corelation with achievement from UNJ karate athletes. as well as to find out the athlete's perception of the leadership of the coach with the achievement of unj karate athletes. Data collection was carried out in the month of Januari located in Jakarta. The research methods used in this research are quantitative methods with an associative correlational/quantitative approach. In this study, the sample was 23 UNJ karate athletes. Data retrieval is first by spreading questionnaires to UNJ karate athletes. There are 23 students. The hypothesis testing technique conducted in this study uses statistical analysis techniques of product moment correlation followed by t-test at a significant level α= 0.05. The results showed there was a strong and positive corelation between reward and Prestasi in UNJ karate athletes. That's 0.591. There is a strong and positive corelation between the athlete's perception of the coach's leadership and the achievement in UNJ karate athletes. with a value of 0. 67. And there is a strong and positive corelation between the reward and the athlete's perception of the coach's leadership with prestasi with a value of 0.596. And the overall t-count and f-count values of the hypothesis exceed the milai t-table and f-table,it can be concluded that all variables have a strong and positive corelation between reward and the athlete's perception of coach leadership and achievement in UNJ karate athletes.
