Abstract

Maraknya permasalahan lingkungan di Indonesia yang diakibatkan oleh rendahnya kesadaran dalam menjaga lingkungan. Mengingat hal tersebut maka perlu adanya penanganan masalah mengenai konflik manusia dengan lingkungan, dengan cara meningkatkan pengetahuan untuk peduli lingkungan dengan cara menanamkan perilaku bijak terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim sekolah dan keadilan procedural terhadap perilaku bijak siswa pada lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 73 siswa di SMAN 1 Cibinong pada semester ganjil 2021/2022 dengan menggunakan metode studi kausal dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil perhitungan koefisien reliabilitas instrument citizenship behavior toward environment adalah 0.971, motivasi adalah 0.951, dan school climate adalah 0.939. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah iklim sekolah berpengaruh langsung terhadap keadilan prosedural, keadilan prosedural berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku bijak pada lingkungan, iklim sekolah berpengaruh langsung terhadap perilaku bijak pada lingkungan, serta iklim sekolah berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap perilaku bijak pada lingkunganmelalui keadilan prosedural siswa. The rise of environmental problems in Indonesia caused by low awareness in protecting the environment. Tharefore, it is necessary to deal with problems regarding human conflict with the environment, by increasing knowledge to care for the environment by instilling wise behavior towards the environment. This study aims to determine the effect of school climate and procedural justice on students' wise behavior in the environment. This research was conducted on 73 students at SMAN 1 Cibinong in the odd semester of 2021/2022 using the causal study method and analyzed using path analysis. The results of the calculation of the reliability coefficient of the citizenship behavior toward environment instrument are 0.971, motivation is 0.951, and school climate is 0.939. The results of this study are the school climate has a direct effect on procedural justice, procedural justice has a direct effect on wise behavior in the environment, school climate has a direct effect on wise behavior in the environment, and school climate has an indirect effect on wise behavior in the environment through students' procedural justice.
