Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, cash holding, dan nilai perusahaan terhadap income smoothing. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 5 tahun (2011-2015). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan cash holding berpengaruh positif terhadap income smoothing. Sedangkan profitabilitas dan nilai perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap income smoothing. This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability, cash holdings, and the value of the company against the income smoothing. Samples are oil palm plantation companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the five years (2011-2015). The results of this study indicate cash holding positive effect on income smoothing. While the profitability and value of the company does not affect the income smoothing.
