Abstract
---ABSTRAK--- Penelitian ini tergolong deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kondisi resiliensi pada pelaku jasa usaha pariwisata selama pandemi COVID-19 di Kawasan Seminyak, Bali. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 115 orang informan utama yaitu para pelaku jasa usaha yang berada di kawasan Seminyak, Bali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa skor resiliensi diri pada Pelaku Usaha Jasa Pariwisata di Seminyak Bali selama masa pandemi Covid-19 cenderung mengarah pada tingkat kategori yang tinggi (51,3%), dibandingkan dengan tingkat resiliensi diri kategori rendah (48,7%). Hasil tersebut dapat menggambarkan bahwa para Pelaku Usaha Jasa Pariwisata di Seminyak Bali memiliki kemampuan untuk bertahan, bangkit kembali, dan beradaptasi secara positif dalam menghadapi situasi pandemi COVID-19. ---ABSTRACT--- This research is classified as descriptive with a quantitative approach that aims to see how the conditions of resilience in tourism business actors during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Seminyak area, Bali. The number of respondents in this study was 115 main informants, namely business service actors in the Seminyak area, Bali. The results show that the results of data analysis that has been carried out in this study indicate that the self-resilience score of Tourism Service Businesses in Seminyak Bali during the Covid-19 pandemic tends to lead to a high category level (51.3%), compared to the level of resilience. Low category self (48.7%). These results can illustrate that the Tourism Service Businesses in Seminyak Bali can survive, bounce back, and adapt positively in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
