Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara psychological capital dengan employability pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 402 mahasiswa tingkat akhir UNJ. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan, terdiri dari instrumen Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ-24) dan instrumen Graduate Employability Measure (GEM) yang telah diadaptasi oleh peneliti. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan semua butir valid, kecuali PCQ item 13 dan 23 yang kemudian diformulasikan kembali dan tetap diikutsertakan. Uji reliabilitas pada PCQ-24 sebesar 0.934, dan pada GEM sebesar 0.983. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara psychological capital dengan employability pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di UNJ dengan koefisien korelasi 0.713 dan signifikansi 0.000 (p<0.05). This study aims to analyze the relationship between psychological capital and employability in final year students at the State University of Jakarta. This research uses correlation method with quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were 402 UNJ final year students. Sampling using convenience sampling technique. The data collection tools used consisted of the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ-24) instrument and the Graduate Employability Measure (GEM) instrument which had been adapted by the researcher. The results of the validity test showed that all items were valid, except for PCQ items 13 and 23 which were later reformulated and still included. The reliability test on the PCQ-24 is 0.934, and the GEM is 0.983. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between psychological capital and employability in final year students at UNJ with a correlation coefficient of 0.713 and a significance of 0.000 (p<0.05).
