Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan self-help website (website bantuan diri) untuk mengatasi kecemasan sosial pada mahasiswa FIP UNJ 2017-2019 menggunakan teknik cinematherapy. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Design Based Research (DBR). Pada tahapan analisis dan eksplorasi, dilakukan studi kondisi menggunakan Liebowitz Social Anxitey Scale kepada 65 mahasiswa FIP UNJ 2017-2019 dengan hasil sebanyak 29% mahasiswa memiliki kecemasan sosial ringan, 40% mahasiswa memiliki kecemasan sosial sedang, 22% mahasiswa ditandai memiliki kecemasan sosial, 6% mahasiswa memiliki kecemasan sosial berat dan 3% mahasiswa memiliki kecemasan sosial sangat berat. Pada tahapan desain dan konstruksi, dilakukan penyebaran angket kebutuhan media untuk mengembangkan desain dan pembuatan media self-help web dengan nama ‘Metanoya’. Pada tahapan evaluasi dan refleksi, dilakukan uji ahli sebanyak tiga kali, yaitu uji ahli materi dengan hasil skor 91% kategori sangat layak, uji ahli media 58% kategori cukup layak, dan uji ahli film dengan skor 91% kategori sangat layak. Menurut para ahli, materi yang dipaparkan sangat baik, namun desain website masih dapat dikembangkan dan dibuat lebih baik lagi. Uji coba terbatas dilakukan dengan hasil media yang dikembangkan membantu mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan pengguna terkait isu kecemasan sosialnya This study aims to develop a self-help website to overcome social anxiety in 2017-2019 FIP UNJ students using cinematherapy techniques. The method used in this research is the Design-Based Research (DBR) method. In the analysis and exploration stages, a condition study was carried out by using the Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale for 65 students of FIP UNJ 2017-2019, with the results that 29% of students had mild social anxiety, 40% of students had moderate social anxiety, 22% of students were marked as having social anxiety, 6% of students have severe social anxiety and 3% of students have very severe social anxiety. At the design and construction stage, a media needs questionnaire was distributed to develop the design and manufacture of a self-help web media under the name Metanoya. At the evaluation and reflection stage, the expert test has done as much three times, namely the material expert test with a score of 91% in the very appropriate category, the media expert test with 58% in the moderate category, and the film expert test with a score of 91% in the very appropriated category. According to experts, the material presented is magnificent, but the website design can still be developed and made even better. Limited trials have been done with developed media results helping to achieve user-defined goals related to social anxiety issues.
