Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu bahan ajar yaitu, bahan ajar e-book berbasis pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran IPA di kelas V materi siklus air. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian RnD (Research and Development) dengan susunan langkah model tahap ADDIE (analysys, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation). Subjek didalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Sukabumi Selatan 06 PG, dengan teknik pengambilan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan angket. Sebelum pengambilan data kepada siswa, penelitian melakukan validasi produk kepada para ahli, yaitu ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan ahli media. Hasil presentase yang diperoleh yaitu ahli media 98,86% , ahli materi 96,00%, dan ahli bahasa 90,26% dan skor tersebut dikategorikan sangat baik. Kemudian produk diuji cobakan kepada siswa dengan perolehan skor sebesar 94,48% dengan kategori sangat baik. Selain itu siswa diarahkan untuk mengerjakan tes sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan produk, adapun perolehan skor sebelum menggunakan produk sebesar 51 dan setelah menggunakan produk yaitu 86,5. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dsimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar e-book berbasis pendekatan saintifik ini layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA di kelas V SD pada materi siklus air. This study aims to develop a teaching material, namely, an e-book teaching material based on a scientific approach in science learning in class V water cycle material. This study uses RnD (Research and Development) research with a step-by-step ADDIE model (analysys, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The subjects in this study were fifth grade students of SDN Sukabumi Selatan 06 PG, with data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews and questionnaires. Before taking data to students, the research conducted product validation to experts, namely material experts, linguists and media experts. The percentage results obtained are media experts 98.86%, material experts 96.00%, and linguists 90.26% and the score is categorized as very good. Then the product was tested on students with a score of 94.48% in the very good category. In addition, students are directed to take tests before and after using the product, while the score before using the product is 51 and after using the product is 86.5. Based on these results, it can be concluded that this scientific approach-based e-book teaching material is suitable for use in science learning in fifth grade elementary school on water cycle material.
