Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data mengenai layanan panti sosial terhadap korban Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan tekhnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pengamatan mendalam. Sampel atau subjek dari penelitian ini adalah pihak Panti Sosial Perlindungan Bhakti Kasih dan para korban Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan, mulai dari bulan Februari sampai dengan April 2017. Hasil penelitian menyimpukan bahwa Layanan Panti Sosial Terhadap Korban Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga terdiri dari kondisi korban Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga pasca mendapatkan pelayanan dari Panti Sosial Perlindungan Bhakti Kasih belum sepenuhnya mengalami perubahan baik secara fisik maupun psikis. Layanan yang dilakukan Panti Sosial Perlindungan Bhakti kasih dalam melayani korban Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga selama ini yaitu terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yaitu antara lain perlindungan bersifat segera (Temporary Shelter), tahap pemulihan (Protection Home), reintegrasi atau reunifikasi serta memonitoring kondisi korban pasca pelayanan. Panti Sosial Perlindungan Bhakti Kasih dalam memberikan layanan kepada korban Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga masih belum optimal yang penyebabnya terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. This research aims to obtain data about the services the social against victims of domestic violence. The research method used is qualitative with the dwarf in the collection of data through observation, interviews, and in-depth observations. Sample or the subject of this research is the Social protection of The Bhakti of love and the victims of domestic violence. This research was conducted over three months, from February until April 2017. Research results that Workhouses Against victims of domestic violence is comprised of the condition of victims of domestic violence get post service of The Social protection of the Bhakti Love has not fully evolved both physically and psychic. Services performed Workhouses Protection Bhakti love in serving victims of domestic violence for so long that is composed of three stages, namely among others the protection of nature soon (Temporary Shelter), the recovery phase (Protection Home), reintegration or reunification as well as monitor the condition of victims of post service. The Social protection of Bhakti is Love in providing services to victims of domestic violence are still not optimally the cause consists of two factors, namely the internal factors and external factors.
