Abstract
Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data tentang peningkatan kemampuan eksplorasi gerak dasar melempar dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani melalui model cooperative learning tipe teams games tournament (TGT). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas III SDN Palmeriam 01 Pagi Jakarta Timur dimulai pada bulan April sampai bulan Mei, menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus dengan 4 kegiatan utama yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan presentase perolehan data pada siklus I kemampuan eksplorasi gerak dasar melempar 72,4%. Siklus II menunjukan kenaikan yaitu 93,1%. Sedangkan data pemantau tindakan pembelajaran dengan model cooperative learning tipe teams games tournament (TGT) pada siklus I presentase 70% dan pada siklus II mencapai 95%. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat dinyatakan bahwa dengan menggunakan model cooperative learning tipe teams games tournament (TGT) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan eksplorasi gerak dasar melempar dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dengan menggunakan model cooperative learning tipe teams games tournament (TGT) dapat dijadikan model pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan eksplorasi gerak dasar melempar di kelas III SDN Palmeriam 01 Pagi Jakarta Timur. Class Action Research aims to obtain data about upgrading the throwing based movement exploration ability in physical education through cooperative learning models teams games tournament (TGT) type. This research was conducted in the third grade at SDN Palmeriam 01 Pagi of East Jakarta starts in April until May, using action research methods (classroom action research) consisting of 2 cycles with 4 main activities: planning, action, observation, reflection. The results show the percentage of data acquisition in the first cycle throwing based movement exploration ability 72,4%. Cycle II showed increase at 93,1%. While data for monitoring the action learning through cooperative learning models teams games tournament (TGT) type in the first cycle 70% and in the second cycle reaches up to 95% improvement. From the research, it can be stated that by using cooperative learning models teams games tournament (TGT) type can improve the throwing based movement exploration ability in physical education lessons. The conclusion is that the learning of physical education using cooperative learning models teams games tournament (TGT) type can be used to improve the throwing based movement exploration ability in a class III SDN Palmeriam 01 Pagi of East Jakarta.
