Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi empiris pada Penyelenggaraan Diklat E-Learning Manajemen SLRT bagi SDM SLRT di Pusdiklat Kesejahteraan Sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain riset evaluasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta Model Evaluasi Kirkpatrick sebagai landasannya yang meliputi tingkat kepuasan peserta diklat dalam mengikuti diklat, peningkatan hasil belajar pada aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan, implementasi perubahan perilaku pada tempat kerja, serta dampak terhadap perubahan perilaku yang diterapkan di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini menyertakan 24 orang SDM SLRT Kabupaten Bogor yang telah mengikuti Diklat E-Learning Manajemen SLRT sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan terdiri dari kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara dengan teknik analisis data berupa kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian pada penerapan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick pada level reaksi menunjukan SDM SLRT cenderung puas selama mengikuti diklat. Pada level pembelajaran menunjukan SDM SLRT mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 60.42 dari 10 butir pertanyaan berbentuk pilhan ganda yang diberikan dengan nilai minimal 60. Pada level perilaku menunjukan SDM SLRT cenderung dapat menerapkan pemahaman yang diterima setelah mengikuti diklat disetiap bidang. Pada level hasil menunjukan SDM SLRT cenderung mengalami peningkatan setelah melakukan implementasi setelah mengikuti diklat yang meliputi peningkatan pengetahuan dalam dalam pelayanan SLRT, peningkatan produktifitas, serta kepuasan masyarakat dalam menggunakan layanan SLRT Kesimpulan penelitian yang dilakukan dari 4 level Kirkpatrick yang telah diterapkan cenderung penyelenggaraan Diklat E-Learning Manajemen SLRT efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi SDM SLRT Kabupaten Bogor. Model evaluasi Kirkpatrick dapat diterapkan sebagai pedoman dalam melakukan evaluasi pada kegiatan diklat yang akan diselenggarakan Pusdiklat Kesos. This study aims to obtain empirical information on the Implementation of SLRT Management E-Learning Training for SDM SLRT at the Social Welfare Education and Training Center. This study uses an evaluation research design with a quantitative approach as well as the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model as the basis which includes the level of satisfaction of training participants in participating in the training, improvement of learning outcomes in aspects of knowledge, attitudes, and skills, implementation of behavior change in the workplace, and the impact on behavioral changes that occur. applied in the workplace. This study included 24 SLRT human resources in Kabupaten Bogor who had participated in the SLRT Management E-Learning Training as respondents. Data collection consisted of questionnaires, observations, and interviews with data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive quantitative. The results of the study on the application of the Kirkpatrick evaluation model at the reaction level showed that SDM SLRT tended to be satisfied while attending the training. At the learning level, it shows that SDM SLRT gets an average score of 60.42 out of 10 multiple-choice questions given with a minimum score of 60. At the behavioral level, it shows that SDM SLRT tends to be able to apply the understanding received after attending training in each field. At the level of results, it shows that SLRT human resources tend to increase after implementing after participating in training which includes increasing knowledge in SLRT services, increasing productivity, and community satisfaction in using SLRT services. The conclusion of the research conducted from the 4 Kirkpatrick levels that have been implemented tends to be that the implementation of SLRT Management E-Learning Training is effective in increasing the competence of SDM SLRT in Kabupaten Bogor. The Kirkpatrick evaluation model can be applied as a guide in evaluating the training activities that will be held by the Social Welfare Education and Training Center.
