Abstract
Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lembar kerja siswa (LKS) IPA materi energi panas dan bunyi berbasis pembelajaran inkuiri di kelas IV sekolah dasar. Responden dalam pengembangan ini meliputi lima uji ahli (expert review) dengan 3 dosen ahli yaitu 1 dosen bahasa, 1 dosen materi dan 1 dosen media serta 2 orang guru kelas IV SD. Siswa kelas IV B sebanyak 11 orang dan siswa kelas IV C sebanyak 30 orang siswa di SDN Perwira 02 Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D), dengan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang terdiri dari sepuluh langkah pengembangan, yaitu penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, perencanaan, pengembangan bentuk awal produk, uji lapangan awal, revisi produk, uji lapangan utama, revisi produk operasional, uji lapangan operasioal, revisi poduk akhir, langkah terakhir yaitu diseminasi dan implementasi, namun dalam hal ini peneliti hanya menjalani sampai langkah kesembilan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik evaluasi formatif meliputi tahap expert review, one to one evaluation, small group, dan field test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKS IPA berbasis pembelajaran inkuiri dinilai baik dan dapat menarik minat siswa dalam belajar IPA khususnya pada materi energi panas dan bunyi. Oleh sebab itu, guru dan siswa perlu menggunakan LKS IPA berbasis pembelajaran inkuiri ini agar dapat memfasilitasi proses pembelajaran secara menyeluruh meliputi aspek pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan secara mandiri. This development research purpose to produce student works book of science about heat energy and sounds based on inquiry learning in grade IV of elementary school. Respondents in this development include five expert test with 3 expert lecturers that is 1 lecturer of language, 1 lecturer of material and 1 lecturer of media and 2 teacher of grade IV elementary school. Fourth graders of IV B as many as 11 people and students of grade IV C as many as 30 students at Perwira elementary school 02 Bekasi. The method used is research and development method (R & D), Borg and Gall consisting of ten development steps, that is research and information gathering, planning, development of initial product form, initial field test, product revision, main field test, product operational revision, operational field test, final product revision, final step of dissemination And implementation, but in this case the researchers only went through the ninth step. Data collection is done by using formative evaluation techniques including expert review stage, one to one evaluation, small group, and field test. The result of this research indicates that student works book of science Anature knowledge based on inquiry learning is better and can attract student interest in learning science especially on heat energy and sound material. Therefore, teachers and students need to use this student works book of science nature knowledge based on inquiry in order to facilitate the overall learning process includes aspects of knowledge, attitudes and skills independently.
