Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan studi kasus kesesuaian penyelenggaraan program Pendidikan Kecakapan Kerja (PKK) rumpun teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dengan petunjuk teknis program Pendidikan Kecakapan Kerja tahun 2016. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini belum ada informasi mengenai penyelenggaran program pendidikan kecakapan kerja secara empiris khususnya pada rumpun teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus, yang merujuk pada metode studi kasus sukses milik Brinkerhoff (2005). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan codes and coding serta intern case summary. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan program Pendidikan Kecakapan Kerja (PKK) rumpun teknologi informasi dan komunikasi belum sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis program PKK tahun 2016. Secara empiris berdasarkan model Evaluasi Brinkerhoff pada tahap pelaksanaan dan kemanfaatan kurang sesuai. This research was intended to case studies the compatibility of the implementation of the education program of work skills group technology information and comunication with the technical guidance of education programs of work skills 2016. The background of this research there has been no information regarding implementation education program of work skills empirically, especially at group technology information and comunication. Research approach uses qualitative approach by using a case study, which refers to success case method (Brinkerhoff: 2005). Data collection that will be used consists of techniques used interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis using codes and coding with intern case summary. The result of the research showed that education of work skills program is not in accordance with technical guidance of education programs work skills 2016. Empirically, Empirically based on the model of Evaluation of Brinkerhoff on the implementation stage and Usage and Endurance of learning stage less appropriate.
